Asus Eee PC 1005HA, solid battery life and reasonable value

Look at the 1005HA and it is hard to distinguish from his brothers and sisters more expensive. The cover is glossy and smooth elegant design combine to make 1005HA undeniably beautiful. Stablemates Put side by side, however, and the differences are obvious. In fact, when the battery in captivity 1008HA allows him to remain incredibly slim, the 1005HA has a removable battery, which makes more than an inch thicker. It is a sacrifice worth it for the extra resistance on offer, not to mention the ability to carry multiple batteries for longer trips. Probably will not need to resort to buying a replacement, however, as its 4400mAh battery runs from only 6 hours 34min. The 1005HA does not lose much in terms of functionality. Bluetooth disappeared to make room in the budget, draft-N Wireless is always present. The chassis also houses the largest one additional USB port, bringing the complement up to a total of three. The keyboard does not correspond to those of Samsung's netbook, but it is very close. With the buttons extends to the extreme edge of the frame, both the feeling and the layout is superb.

Dimpled trackpad might feel a bit 'uncomfortable at first, but turns out to be very usable, and even manages to squeeze in a scroll zone along the right edge. The matte screen is the only mild disappointment. As the battery Samsung NC10, the pad panel keeps the reflections of a minimum price of grain visible through the panel. Strives to distinguish between two shades lighter and darker too. But it is not blocking, and especially not considering the high brightness and high color reproduction. Samsung N110 Battery awaits the final sprint, but Asus deserves congratulations for maintaining the low-cost netbook dream alive.
